Chrome for me on the PC - it's just faster, neater and more room for content than any of the others. From a developer's standpoint it will be interesting to see IE9 released as this will have CSS3 support and is likely to be the most standards compliant browser MS have ever produced. Not that that's saying much.

Agree with all these tips and the use of FireFox. One thing to consider is that Internet Explorer is not the only way. FireFox, Chrome and others are great browsers and have something for everyone.

Nifty list of firefox addons. FireFTP looks very interesting, I might try that out as alternative to filezilla.

A couple I love to use are addons for services. The incredible Xmarks service that I use for backing up bookmarks and sync between my desktop and laptop.

The second is the evernote addon for their service. Very nicely intergrates with firefox.

Again great list. Just wish more people left Internet Explorer and understood there was a very powerful and flexible browser they should be using. It's not just a different browser, it really does make a difference to web browsing.

Best Regards
